I was put in a room that had an 'adjoining' door to the next room Thank god it was locked on my side but it had no seal and clearly there was only one door between the rooms not one on each side as is typical. are you kidding me? the guy who fixes the light bulbs is going to put OTIS out of business and fix an elevator that has been malfunctioning for a long time (per other reviews that I now see)? It's a hazard and the place shouldn't function without elevators. One employee suggested the maintenance guy would be called. BUT the elevators don't work! and honestly it seems to be common knowledge. The staff were kind and helpful especially in the bar/restaurant.
